SimplicityPS Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms govern all purchases made through the SimplicityPS store located at Simplicityps.org and any related store pages, checkout pages, or in game purchase claim systems.
By placing an order through the SimplicityPS store, you agree to these Purchase Terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

The SimplicityPS store is operated by KASHO LIMITED, trading as SimplicityPS, unless a different legal entity is identified on the website or checkout page.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
You may only make a purchase if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Purchase Terms on your behalf;
- you are legally able to use the payment method submitted;
- all information you provide is accurate and complete; and
- your account and use of the game comply with all game rules, community rules, and site policies.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Purchase Terms or our platform rules.
3. Nature of the Products
All items sold through the SimplicityPS store are digital products for use within the SimplicityPS game and community. These may include, without limitation, donation credits, ranks, keys, boxes, cosmetics, bundles, battle pass access, custom items, in game boosts, and other virtual content or benefits.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- store purchases are digital only;
- no physical goods are shipped;
- purchases have no cash value;
- purchases do not create any ownership interest in the game, your account, or any SimplicityPS intellectual property;
- virtual items and benefits are licensed, not sold, and may only be used within the SimplicityPS ecosystem as permitted by us; and
- you may not redeem store purchases for real money, cryptocurrency, credit, or any off platform compensation.
4. Order Process
To make a purchase, you must provide the requested information at checkout, including the correct in game username, email address, and payment information.
It is your responsibility to make sure the account name and delivery details are correct before you submit payment. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or delivery to the wrong account caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
Once you submit an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the full amount shown at checkout using your selected payment method.
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and we confirm or begin fulfillment.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time before your order is completed.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- prices may exclude taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs charged by your bank or payment provider;
- you are responsible for any taxes or government charges that apply to your purchase; and
- payment processing is handled by third party providers, and your purchase may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We may limit quantities, reject certain payment methods, or place additional verification requirements on any transaction.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are generally delivered shortly after payment confirmation. Delivery may occur automatically, manually by staff, through donation credits, or through an in game claim process.
If your purchase requires you to claim it in game, you are responsible for claiming it on the correct account using the instructions provided by SimplicityPS.
You must report any non delivery issue to support within 7 days of purchase and provide enough information for us to investigate, including your username, transaction receipt, date, amount, and product purchased.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by:
- incorrect username or account information submitted by you;
- inability to access your own account;
- account restrictions, bans, or suspensions resulting from your conduct;
- delays caused by payment verification, fraud screening, server maintenance, or technical outages outside our reasonable control; or
- failure to follow the claim instructions.
7. All Sales Final; No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, every purchase made through the SimplicityPS store is non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once submitted.
You are not entitled to any refund, return, exchange, reversal, credit, or compensation for any reason.
All purchased products, credits, benefits, ranks, items, and virtual content are provided as digital content for immediate use. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, you lose any withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling off right once performance begins.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, unauthorized, or fraudulent, we may immediately suspend or terminate the related account, remove or reverse any associated digital items or benefits, block future purchases, and recover our direct losses, fees, and costs.
For the avoidance of doubt, SimplicityPS does not offer voluntary refunds, goodwill refunds, courtesy refunds, partial refunds, or store credits.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Immediate Performance and Waiver of Withdrawal Right
By completing a purchase through the SimplicityPS store, you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the contract and immediate delivery of digital content or digital services.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, you acknowledge that once delivery or performance begins, any statutory withdrawal or cooling off right that would otherwise apply to digital content supplied online is lost.
If the law in your country gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived, those rights will still apply to you.
9. Fraud, Unauthorized Payments, and Chargebacks
You must not use any payment method unless you are fully authorized to use it.
If we reasonably believe that a payment is fraudulent, unauthorized, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalid, we may take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- suspend or terminate the affected account or related accounts;
- remove, reverse, or disable any digital goods, credits, ranks, or benefits associated with the payment;
- block future purchases;
- require additional verification before restoring access; and
- recover our direct losses, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and any in game value improperly obtained.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support to try to resolve the issue may result in immediate account action.
10. Promotions, Bundle Deals, and Limited Offers
Promotions, discounted bundles, limited quantity deals, bonus items, and time limited offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and only while available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotional items have no standalone cash value;
- we may substitute a bonus item with an item of similar type or value if necessary; and
- once a promotional purchase is completed, the included bonus content is part of the final sale.
11. Randomized and Chance Based Content
Some purchases may include randomized or chance based digital content, such as boxes, keys, scrolls, or similar reward mechanics.
By purchasing such content, you acknowledge that:
- the specific outcome is random unless clearly stated otherwise;
- odds, rarity, and outcomes may vary by product or event;
- receiving an undesired or low value result does not make the product defective; and
- no refund will be given simply because the result was not what you hoped for.
12. Custom, Exclusive, and Manually Fulfilled Products
Some products may be custom, limited, exclusive, manually fulfilled, or individually arranged by staff.
For those products:
- delivery times may be longer;
- additional verification may be required;
- the final details may depend on the approved scope described at the time of sale; and
- once work has started or the product has been delivered, the sale is final except where required by law.
If a custom or exclusive purchase requires communication with support or a named staff member, you must cooperate promptly and provide the requested information. Failure to do so may delay fulfillment.
13. Transfers, Trading, and Third Party Arrangements
Store purchases are intended for the account identified at checkout unless we expressly approve a different delivery arrangement.
We are not responsible for private deals, swaps, trades, gifting arrangements, or third party agreements between players unless we expressly confirm the arrangement in writing before fulfillment.
If you ask us to deliver a purchase to another user or account, you remain fully responsible for the transaction.
14. Account Standing and Rule Enforcement
Your purchase does not exempt you from any game rules, economy rules, chat rules, community rules, or enforcement actions.
If your account is warned, muted, restricted, suspended, or banned for violating the rules, you will not receive a refund for previously delivered digital products unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to purchased benefits if continued access would threaten game balance, platform security, legal compliance, or fair play.
15. Game Changes, Rebalancing, and Service Availability
SimplicityPS is a live online game service. We may, at any time and without liability except where required by law:
- rebalance items, perks, ranks, or benefits;
- rename, retire, replace, or discontinue products;
- modify drop tables, reward structures, or progression systems;
- patch bugs, exploits, or unintended interactions;
- reset or adjust content for security, economy, or gameplay reasons; or
- suspend, limit, or discontinue part of the service.
You understand that the ongoing value, utility, appearance, rarity, or power of a virtual item or benefit may change over time.
16. Errors and Right to Correct
We may correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, promotional mistakes, stock display errors, or product description errors at any time.
If a product is listed at the wrong price or with materially incorrect details, we may cancel the affected order and either:
- issue a refund; or
- contact you with the option to proceed under the corrected terms.
17. Intellectual Property
All store pages, game assets, names, logos, artwork, product names, icons, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SimplicityPS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
A purchase gives you only the limited right to use the purchased digital content within the SimplicityPS platform as allowed by these Purchase Terms and our platform rules. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store, the game, and all digital products are provided on an as available and as is basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the store or game will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error free;
- every purchase will be instantly deliverable;
- all content will remain available forever; or
- any digital item or rank will retain the same value, utility, status, rarity, or advantage over time.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplicityPS, KASHO LIMITED, and their owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of virtual value.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any store purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimplicityPS, KASHO LIMITED, and their owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:
- your breach of these Purchase Terms;
- your misuse of the store, game, or purchased content;
- your violation of law or the rights of another person; or
- any unauthorized or fraudulent transaction made through your account or with your payment details.
21. Privacy and Payment Data
Your use of the store is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable payment processor terms.
We do not promise that we ourselves store your card details. Payment information may be processed by third party payment providers in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.
22. Sanctions and Restricted Use
You may not use the store if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, anti money laundering laws, export controls, payment network rules, or other legal restrictions.
We may refuse or reverse transactions where required for legal compliance.
23. Changes to These Purchase Terms
We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or relates to fraud prevention, security, or urgent operational issues.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Purchase Terms or any store purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
25. Severability
If any part of these Purchase Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
26. Entire Agreement
These Purchase Terms, together with any applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and product specific disclosures shown at the time of purchase, form the entire agreement between you and SimplicityPS regarding store purchases.
